MIRACLE TIME AGAIN.
I just heard from Briney and Barbara and the doctors and therapist have been in to see Don this morning and here is the GREAT news. The new CT scan this AM showed significant reduction in brain swelling and no bleeding. At this time, they expect nothing but improvement - Thanks be to God. His reading comprehension matching pictures to words was excellent. Don was also able to chew and swallow ice this morning. Later today they will do a more extensive swallow test to see if he can handle pudding etc. He was able to sit up on the side of the bed. He will need to work on balance. They are working on getting him off IV's so that he can move to another floor have more aggressive therapy soon. Praise the Lord He is hearing and answering our prayers. Keep praying.

Praise the Lord, and how wonderful it is to hear good news! God isn't finished with Don yet. He has plans to prosper him, to give him a hope and a future! And I will continue to pray and believe for him and the family. If you think he would enjoy some music, I would come and sing to him for a while, too.
